A Mechanical Engineer by training, Mr. Boyer has extensive experience in the medical field and with start-ups. In 2014 he partnered with his former Engineering mentor, John Burke to tackle the leading causes of death globally. Mr. Boyer's leadership has brought about the establishment of an IP portfolio, the assembly of a world-class, multidisciplinary Advisory Board and the launch of the NAFLD/NASH program.

A Chemical Engineer by training, Mr. Burke has been involved with the development of these therapies for 42 years. Mr. Burke has 46 years experience in Chemical Engineering and is considered an expert in the treatment of oily wastes. Mr. Burke holds 8 U.S. patents and received the P. M. Ku Award from the STLE in 2006. Mr. Burke received the highest service award from the Independent lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA) in 2015 and received an award from President George Bush at the White House in 1991 for advances in waste minimization.
Larry Newton, Jr. - Chief Clinical Officer.
Mr. Newton has 20 years of biotechnology and pharmaceutical experience in various leadership roles, primarily with novel mechanism of action therapies in acute coronary syndromes and chronic, stable angina. Mr. Newton's experience includes development, launch, pre-market and post-market access strategies.
Dr. Robert M. Kloner, MD, PhD. - Advisor.
A highly regarded Cardiologist, and one of the world’s leading researchers whose work has been cited over 36,000 times. Dr. Kloner is the Director of the Cardiovascular Research at the Huntington Medical Research Institute and is a Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.
